Two ways to enter a valuation
Enter a total value directly, or calculate it from floor area multiplied by price per square meter. Both approaches use your estimate; the app does not automatically appraise a property.
For example, 50 square meters at HUF 800,000 per square meter gives an estimated HUF 40 million. This illustrates the formula, rather than the market value of a particular property.
Add and update a property
- Select real estate on Add and give it a recognizable name.
- Choose the currency and enter either its total value or its area and price per square meter.
- Select a group for the whole property if you use grouping.
- Edit the position when your estimate changes. An ordinary market-price refresh does not revalue the property for you.
How property appears in the chart
Property contributes to total net worth and appears in the pie chart. Changing your valuation changes its share. This shows what you own, not how much cash you could access immediately.
The investment portfolio history chart uses your current property valuation throughout. It does not show what the property was worth in previous years.
What a property entry covers
Use it to track the property's value. The app does not keep a separate record of mortgages, rent or property-management tasks, so you still need to maintain those records elsewhere.
