Look up a wallet and select assets
- Choose crypto wallet import on Add and enter a supported public address.
- Wait for the recognized asset list. Check each asset and network, then select the balances you want to track.
- Decide whether to enable later wallet balance updates. Select a group if group management is enabled.
- Save and review the added holdings on Home.
How balance updates work
If you enable wallet updates, the app can check the balance again when you refresh your investments, at most once every 24 hours. It does not monitor the wallet continuously in the background.
Updates change the quantities of assets you have already selected. A newly received token is not added to your list automatically. Prices and wallet quantities may update at different times.
Why a token may be missing
The app may not be able to read or price every token in your wallet, so the selection list may show fewer assets than the wallet contains. A failed request does not mean your wallet is empty.
Import reads the current quantity, not your purchase history. The balance alone cannot tell the app when you bought an asset or what you paid for it.
What happens to the address?
The lookup sends your public address to the Portfoliom server and blockchain data providers. If you enable later updates, the address is also stored encrypted on your phone and may be included in CSV backups. When restoring a backup, you can choose whether to enable wallet updates again or keep the saved balances without them.
