How to refresh
Tap the refresh icon on Home. The app also refreshes when it starts. If a refresh is already running, wait for it to finish; tapping again does not start a second one.
Government bonds and investment funds update less often than stocks or crypto. A price may stay the same over a weekend or between published updates.
Why does it say Refresh incomplete when every asset has a price?
If the app cannot fetch an update, it keeps the last saved value. So a price on the screen may be an older one, even if the other prices have just refreshed.
Refresh incomplete means some of the required data could not be fetched. Successful updates are still used, but the time of the last complete refresh stays unchanged. You do not need to delete your holdings because of this message.
What to check
- Check your internet connection, then try again later.
- See whether you can find the affected asset on Add. If a whole list is unavailable, several holdings may be affected.
- For imported wallet assets, prices and quantities update separately. Wallet balances can be checked less often.
- If the problem keeps happening, note the asset name, app version and time.
What works offline?
Your saved investments and last downloaded values stay on the phone. Searches, charts and actions that need fresh exchange rates may require an internet connection. Always check your provider's current prices before trading.
