What stays on your phone?

Your holdings, transactions and groups are kept in private, encrypted device storage. The app does not upload your complete investment portfolio to a user account, so it does not automatically sync it between phones.

Price requests send searches and asset identifiers to the server. Wallet import also sends the public address. The privacy policy explains Google Play purchases and crash reports in more detail.

Turn on app lock

  1. Enable app lock in Settings.
  2. Authenticate using a biometric method or device lock supported by your phone.
  3. When you reopen the app, unlock it to access your investments.

Screenshots and hidden amounts

App lock is off by default. Turning it on can also restrict screenshots and app-switcher previews, even after you have unlocked the app.

The eye icon on Home is separate: it hides amounts but does not lock access. You can choose each setting independently.

Keep your own backup

An exported CSV file is not encrypted. Make a backup before changing phones or uninstalling the app; do not rely on automatic Android backup to restore your investments.

Read the confirmation before deleting or restoring data. Deleting the app's data does not cancel your Google Play subscription.
